Roblox horror-game enjoyer running this fan wiki for Animal Hospital (Anomaly). I got hooked the same week everyone else did, kept a spreadsheet of every anomaly tell, and eventually turned it into this site so you don't have to learn the hard way (RIP my first three patients).
How guides are checked
- Game mechanics (anomaly tells, sanity values, class skills, shop prices) are cross-checked against the community wiki, player reports on Reddit, and creator videos before publishing.
- Codes status is verified against multiple codes outlets and the in-game menus. We publish the honest answer even when it's "there are no codes" — no made-up rewards here.
- Every page shows its date. The game updates frequently; if something changed in a patch before we caught it, the "Last updated" stamp tells you how fresh the page is. Spot an error? It'll be fixed in the next check pass.
