Roblox horror-game enjoyer running this fan wiki for Animal Hospital (Anomaly). I got hooked the same week everyone else did, kept a spreadsheet of every anomaly tell, and eventually turned it into this site so you don't have to learn the hard way (RIP my first three patients).
How guides are checked
- Game mechanics (anomaly tells, sanity values, class skills, shop prices) are cross-checked against the community wiki, player reports on Reddit, and creator videos before publishing.
- Codes status is verified against multiple codes outlets and the in-game menus. We publish the honest answer even when it's "there are no codes" — no made-up rewards here.
- Every page shows its date. The game updates frequently; if something changed in a patch before we caught it, the "Last updated" stamp tells you how fresh the page is. Spot an error? It'll be fixed in the next check pass.

How facts on this wiki get verified
We write the facts on this wiki from playing the game ourselves and from player footage of the same encounters. Numbers get re-checked after every game update; the updates page tracks those patches. When sources disagree, or when we cannot reproduce a claim in-game, the page says "unverified" rather than guessing. Corrections are welcome via the contact page.
