What exactly am I buying?
Print-ready PDF reference sheets (US Letter) that condense this wiki's verified facts into formats built for use while playing: a one-page ID grid for all 19 anomalies, a check-in decision tree, monster response cards, printable checklists and more. Depending on the tier you also get a wall poster, phone lock-screen cards, a tickable spreadsheet checklist, and the 100 Days At Sea guide. Everything is original text and layout — no game assets.
How is it delivered?
By email, to the address on your PayPal payment — usually within a couple of hours, always within 12. You get a zip with every file in your tier plus a README. If it doesn't arrive or won't open, reply to the delivery email (or use the contact page) and we'll fix it.
How does the update service work?
This game patches on a roughly bi-weekly rhythm, and facts rot fast — the June 22 update changed a core anomaly rule, July 25 added a whole new anomaly. Each pack includes an update window (30, 90 or 180 days): whenever the game ships an update and we verify what changed, refreshed sheets land in your inbox, normally within 48 hours of verification. The files you already have keep working forever.
Is the free wiki being moved behind a paywall?
No — and it never will be. Every fact in the packs is also on the free site. The packs sell organisation: the condensed print formats, the decision trees, the poster and phone cards, and the update service. If you never buy anything, the full wiki stays yours.
What's the refund policy?
If a pack is broken, incomplete, or not as described, email within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no interrogation. We can't refund because the game itself changed; that's what the update window is for.
Is this official?
No. These are unofficial fan-made guides — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the game's developer. The packs contain original writing and layout only, verified against tested guides, player footage and the game's official badge data.
