How to spot it

Because the twitch can be camera-exclusive, don't rule this one out just because the patient looks still in person โ€” if something about the posture (stretched neck, hunch) feels off, check CCTV before you commit to treating them.

If you get it wrong

Twitching always becomes a Shapeshifter in recovery โ€” same rule as Staring. Watch the room for a bit after treatment instead of immediately moving to the next patient.
